1-2-1 Terms and Conditions
This is an offer to enter into a contract with Fulfilled Fido for your participation in 1-2-1 Training Services. The following policies are in the interests of all participants and their dogs. By registering for a training package (physical or online) with Fulfilled Fido, you become a client of Fulfilled Fido.
Registration
Once you register for any of our services, you become a client of Fulfilled Fido.
Training packages
Our puppy training package includes 5 x 60 minute sessions which should be taken once a week in order to have the desired result, failing to attend your appointment or cancellation without 48 hours notice will result in the appointment being forfeited. If notice is given outside of the 48 hour window then we may be able to amend your appointment for another date.
All packages must be completed within 3 months of booking or any remaining appointments may be forfeited.
Payment and Refunds
Payment is required in full prior to any of our services. For regular dog walking clients, payments must be made 4 weeks in advance.
Refunds
Home visits - Full refunds will be made if a home visit booking is cancelled 7 days before the booking date commences. A 50% refund will be made if the booking is cancelled 3 days before the booking date commences. A refund will NOT be available for bookings cancelled within 72 hours of the booking commencement date.
Dog walks (group and solo) - Full refunds can be made if the booking is cancelled 48 hours prior to booking commencement date, refunds will NOT be available for cancellations after this. Alternatively, if wanting to cancel a booking 48 hours prior to the booking commencement date, we can arrange for this booking to be moved onto another day or week within that 4 week booking period as long as it fits into our business schedule. The booking can also be moved to the following month and the payment for the following month will be amended accordingly.
Training and Walk & Train - Full refunds will be made if a training booking is cancelled 7 days before the booking date commences. Termination of contract.
If Fulfilled Fido employee's feel the working relationship is detrimental to us and has become difficult, we have the right to terminate this contract immediately and refund any remaining sessions paid for in advance.

Fulfilled Fido trainers are not qualified to provide legal, medical, or nutrition advice and the information which may be provided is not intended as such.
Results and Responsibilities
The dog and any other person attending the appointment are the owner’s sole responsibility. Any injury, loss or damage to person or property that occurs whilst attending training is the responsibility of the dog owner.
While every effort is given to reach your desired training goals, results are not guaranteed. Every individual’s success depends on many factors. Training requires repetition and lots of practice. All aspects of the training recommended by the trainer are important for the overall result. In the absence of consistency and committing to the training plan and guidance provided, desired results may not be achieved.
Photo/Video
Photos may be taken during training sessions and walks for the use of Fulfilled Fido's internal training, social media, marketing or website use. Permission will be sought at the time of the appointment.

Dog Walks - Prerequisites
If you have a sick dog or bitch in season, please do let us know as this may affect the dynamics and wellbeing of the other dogs in the group. It may be necessary for us to temporarily provide solo walks until their season/illness is over.
Dogs must be wearing a collar with a tag stating the name, address and postcode of the owner in line with UK law.
Fulfilled Fido reserves the right to cancel the clients contract if their dog becomes unsuitable for the group, in the case of this happening, Fulfilled Fido will attempt to accommodate the clients needs with another service.
In the event of severe weather (heat, thunderstorms, snow etc), the walker may cut the walk short if necessary for the safety of themselves and the dogs.
Fulfilled Fido will care for your pet as you would and whilst we will make every effort to ensure your pet is looked after in your absence, Fulfilled Fido cannot be held liable for any loss, disappearance, injury or death to a pet either inside or outside of the home whilst in our care.
As a client of Fulfilled Fido, you agree to make us aware of any concerns regarding your dog's health and and behaviour within 24 hours of any appointments.
As a client of Fulfilled Fido, you agree to provide keys or arrange for keys to be available so that we can access your home for collection of your dog(s) and for the purpose of home visits.
As a client of Fulfilled Fido, you authorise us to obtain any emergency veterinary care that may be necessary whilst your pet is in our care. Fulfilled Fido will make every effort to contact you, prior to obtaining emergency care. You also authorise Fulfilled Fido to use an alternative veterinarian in the case that your regular veterinarian is unavailable. If you cannot be reached in the case of an emergency, you authorise our staff to act on your behalf to authorise any treatment (excluding euthanasia) and assume full responsibility upon your return for payment and/or reimbursement for all veterinary services rendered.
As a client of Fulfilled Fido, you agree to reimburse Fulfilled Fido for any additional costs incurred for providing emergency care as well as expenses for unexpected visits, transportation, housing, food or supplies that are necessary for us to provide our services.
As a client of Fulfilled Fido, you understand that there is always a risk of injury to a dog, especially when other dogs are present. You agree not to hold Fulfilled Fido, or their staff, liable for any illness, injury or incident whilst in the care of Fulfilled Fido.
Home visits - Prerequisites

We shall not be held responsible for injury or illness to your pet if you fail to remove hazards or dangers from your home.
Philosophy and Methods
The client must agree to follow Fulfilled Fido's philosophy regarding fear free training when continuing training at home.
The trainer will always aim to work with the client and to meet their needs but never to the detriment of the dog. As such the trainer may reserve the right to terminate with a client who fails to follow this agreement without refund.
